Dr. Jocelyn S. Horiszny

 

Dr. Jocelyn S. Horiszny has been in private practice and an associate of Today's Vision Sugar Land since 1999. Dr. Horiszny specializes in primary eye care and contact lens fitting. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry and holds a BA in Biology with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. During her training at the University of Houston she presented and co-authored a research publication at the Amercian Academy of Optometry. Dr. Horiszny completed an externship at the Hermann Eye Center in Houston where she concentrated on retinal pathology. She also was an extern at Evans Army Community Hospital in Fort Carson, Colorado where she focused on primary eye care. 

Dr. Thomas P. Arnold

 

Dr. Thomas P. Arnold is a 1984 graduate of the University of Houston College of Optometry and owner of Today's Vision Sugar Land since 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northern Colorado and finished his pre-medical requirements at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Arnold completed his externship at the Indian Health Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico and was a research associate at The University of Texas Medical School for the Early Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy for the National Eye Institute. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Laser Eye Institute of Houston and adjunct facility at the University of Houston College of Optometry. 

Dr. Ryan P. Malone

 

Dr. Ryan Malone was born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and received his bachelor's degree in Biomedical science from Texas A&M University in College Station. He then went on to graduate with honors from the University of Houston College of Optometry after completing a nine month externship at Santa Fe Indian Hospital. While in Santa Fe he concentrated on the treatment of ocular disease with emphasis on diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma. Dr. Malone currently practices as a therapeutic optometrist and is certified glaucoma specialist. He is a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In his spare time Dr. Malone enjoys spending time with family and friends, golf, mountain biking and snowboarding.
